Hey, I’m Anna Long-Stokes.
Therapist. Intuitive. Pattern-spotter. Fellow human who knows how disorienting life transitions can feel.
Most of my clients are navigating some kind of identity shift:
A relationship is ending. A job is draining. A version of themselves just doesn’t fit anymore.
Outwardly, they’re high-functioning. Inwardly? It’s a swirl of:

My Approach
I blend evidence-based therapy (like ACT), somatic + energetic work, and a whole lot of nervous system kindness to help you feel more grounded, clear, and connected to your inner compass.
No toxic positivity.
No spiritual bypassing.

Just real talk, practical tools, and space to gently shift what’s not working anymore.

Transparent
Therapy works best when we’re transparent and open with one another and this can only been done in a safe (held) space. My clients have reflected back to me for years that this is their favorite part of working with me.

Body-Energy Informed
Your body and your energy hold within them a lot of useful information about what’s working, what’s not and what you’re ready to do about that. I’m an expert guide at helping clients navigate body-energy communication to create change on a deep level.

Compassionate
In this Held space, I’m not here to judge you, your past or your goals. I’m here to hold a safe space for you to process what you’re ready to release and what steps you’re ready to take on your individual growth path.

Next Steps:
Book a Consultation call. During this call, we can determine if our dynamic feels compatible. If not, there is absolutely no hard feelings and I can try to recommend you to a colleague who might be a better fit.
Book your first session. You will be asked to fill out a few forms electronically before this session takes place. Find. suitable time via my online calendar and book your session. Most clients see me weekly for the first month or two and then transition to every other week, as needed.
Session Times. My schedule is Monday-Thursday 10am-1pm. If you are unable to make time for therapy during those hours, I would recommend that you do not book a consult call as we would not be able to move forward with finding suitable session times on a regular basis.
Paying for Therapy. At this time I only accept cash and a few select insurances (Regence/Blue Cross and PacificSourse). If you have out-of-network insurance, you will be responsible for paying for sessions up front and each month I will send you a Superbill and you can navigate reimbursement with your insurance company.
